Communication

 

We believe in clear, open communication. If you have any questions about your order, an upcoming event, or our services, please reach out - we’re here to help! We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours on business days.

Quality and Craftsmanship

Every bouquet, arrangement, and gift is created with the highest attention to detail. We source our flowers seasonally and locally whenever possible, ensuring freshness and supporting growers who share our values.

Problem Solving

​

If something doesn’t meet your expectations, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll always do our best to resolve any issues fairly and promptly - whether that means replacing an item, offering store credit, or finding another suitable solution.

From your first enquiry to final delivery, we want your experience to feel thoughtful, seamless, and memorable. Your trust means everything to us, and we’re honoured to be a part of your special moments.

Orders and Payments

​

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise arranged in writing. For weddings and large events, a non-refundable 30% deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due prior to the event. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other secure online payment methods.

​

Cancellations and Changes

​

Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable, as flowers and materials are ordered in advance. Changes to event or wedding orders can be made up to four (4) weeks before the event date. After this time, changes may not be possible. For flower subscription orders, changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase. Local delivery is available within our service area. Delivery fees vary depending on location. While we cannot guarantee specific delivery times, we’ll always do our best to accommodate your request.

Refunds and Returns

​

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we cannot accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours and include photos where possible. We’ll work with you to find a fair and timely resolution.

Sustainability

​

We’re committed to reducing waste and supporting local growers. Through our Bloom Loop Program, we encourage customers to return vases and vessels in exchange for store credit or discounts on future orders.

​

Substitutions

​

We work with seasonal and locally sourced flowers, which means availability can vary. If a particular bloom is unavailable, we’ll substitute it with one of equal or greater value — while maintaining the overall style, colour palette, and integrity of your design.

Black Plum Studio acknowledges the Wodi Wodi people of the Dharawal nation as the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we live and create, and we pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging.
